American Pale Ale
A little peachy smell with orange peel and pineapple in the nose.
It was a golden orange color lacking clarity. It had an unexpected amount of haze and the head was small and frothy for this beer.
The grassy hops start things off. Then it comes back at the end to add an earthy feel.
Leaving a dominating lingering lemon/orange bitterness on the tongue.
Has a large amount of sugary, flavor-lacking malt character. Medium body, and light carbonation.
Fish and chips, carne asada tacos, swish cheese, and black pepper lime chicken.
This beer was a bad representation of the American Pale Ale style. The off flavors from the English style malts give it a bad off flavor. This was too sweet, and the ABV amount is unnecessary. This beer has an overly unpleasant bitter taste and overall it's a pretty dull beer. Would not recommend, nor buy again.
