A very citrus base and pale cracker malt with slight notes of melon, grapefruit and passion fruit. Slight hints of onion and garlic towards the end.
Light golden yellow color with a light head and excellent clarity.
Much like the aroma, this beer is fruity and juicy upfront and held together with a great cracker-like malt backbone. The bitterness hits at the finish but is very slight. A slight onion character shows through at the end coming from the hops. This has a lot more hop than a normal pale ale, but all very well balanced.
This beer is lightly carbonated with a full juiciness. A very drinkable beer.
Spicy curry, BBQ chicken pizza, and jalapeño burger.
This is a good, well balanced pale that is different than most. This beer also has a stronger hop profile than many of this style. One thing that is different is the presence of garlic and onion due to the hops used; which is a nice lineup given the name. Overall, a decent pale ale to have on a hot day.
