This DIPA pours a clear golden color with a white head that leaves a nice small amount of lacing in the glass. It has a nice aroma of bitter fruits such as grapefruit with a hint of dankness and pine. With the first taste it hits you with a dank bitterness that is on your palate for each sip. It has a nice malt finish that isn’t overpowering. It is medium bodied and has high carbonation with a smooth oily finish. Overall, this DIPA delivers a good malt backbone while balancing a solid citrus hop character that isn't overly bitter. It’s very well balanced and enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this one!
