This pilsner pours crisp golden yellow. It has an airy white head with a nice small amount of lacing. The aroma has hints of floral and spice, and a nice cracker malt to balance it out. The flavor hits off very similar to the aroma with a floral front, then a crisp cracker middle that moves into a spicy earthy finish. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean with a light body and medium to high on carbonation. This pils is definitely an easy drinker and would be very refreshing on a warm day. Overall, they did a great job with hop selection, I love the complex hop character it adds. You can really get hints of earthy spice. If you’re into pilsners or hoppy beers you need to give this a try!
