This pilsner pours pale yellow with a large bubbly white head and good retention. The aroma is light with crackers and clove with some underlying bitterness. The flavor is very similar with a crisp front and cracker malt middle. The finish has a very nice clove character with a little bit of bitterness and dryness. The mouthfeel is typical to the pilsner style with a light body and crisp feel. I really like that Terrapin got the clove character on this pilsner instead of the typical banana notes. This is a very nice and very drinkable pilsner to get you through one of those warm summer days.
