This one pours a copper amber color with a slight head and decent retention. The aroma is very similar to amber and caramel with a light amount of wheat and sweetness. The taste is much of the same as the aroma. There is an upfront smell of toasted malts that leads to a lightly sweet malt middle and a light amount of bittering hops on the finish. The hop presence fades very quickly. It’s light to medium bodied with higher carbonation. Overall, this beer is easy to drink, enjoyable and a unique beer. If you like the two styles, this is one you have to try!
