This pilsner pours crisp golden yellow. It has an airy white head with decent retention. The aroma has hints of butter and lemon pepper with a soft bread cracker malt to balance it out. The flavor hits off very similar to the aroma with crisp cracker upfront that moves into a buttery middle then finishes on a spicy earthy finish. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean with a light body and medium carbonation. There is a nice earthy oily feel. This pils is definitely an easy drinker and very enjoyable on a warm day. Overall, they did a great job with the added popcorn on this one. I love the complex character it adds. You can really get hints of popcorn with this one. If you’re into pilsners you need to give this a try!
