This SIPA pours a very hazy copper yellow color with a nice bright white head that fades quickly but has a small amount of retention. The aromas are of cracker and caramel malts that gives it a very large sweetness along with floral and pine hints. It starts off with a floral hop upfront that leads right into a very long sweet malt middle and a slight bitter finish. It has good carbonation for the style and a medium to light mouthfeel that gives it a slight watery honey feel that isn’t bad for this style by any means. Overall, this one has a great balance that does not lack in flavor. It’s very drinkable and highly recommended!
