A sweet crisp pale malt with a slight tropical twist. Light cracker.
A golden yellow. Nice amount of carbonation forms with decent amount of retention and clarity.
A mild bitterness up front. Flavors are lightly fruity. However, the grain is the dominant flavor from mid palate forward. Very crackery and light, but almost slightly toasted. Not too sweet.
This beer had decent amount of carbonation and good mouthfeel. Easy drinker for the style of beer.
Herb chicken, salmon, and lemon cake.
Not a huge fan of the style, but they did a good job. It was very unique, and they did a great job at something new. It's light and crisp. The only thing is, I just wish it would of be a lot more hoppy for the description. Maybe an additional dry hop would do this beer wonders. Overall a decent beer to try.
