A grapefruit and pale cracker malt with slight notes of melon, grass and pine.
A golden amber color with a light head, good retention and excellent clarity.
Much like the aroma, this beer is bitter upfront from the spicy pine notes; much more bitter than a normal pale ale. Then it goes directly to the great cracker-like malt backbone followed by citrus and tropical fruit. This is very unique compared to others of this style. This has a lot more hop character and high ABV, all very well balanced and undetected.
This beer is lightly carbonated with the appropriate amount. A very drinkable beer.
Spicy sausage, Canadian bacon pizza, and jalapeño burger.
This is a good, well balanced and unique pale ale. This beer also has a stronger profile and ABV than many of this style. Overall, a decent pale ale that is very drinkable and must try.
