This lager pours crisp golden yellow as you would expect for the style. It has a decent airy white head with decent retention. The aroma has hints of apple and pear with a soft bready cracker malt to balance it out. The flavor hits off very similar to the aroma with water cracker upfront that moves into a sweet malty middle then finishes on a fruity nectarine pear. The mouthfeel is crisp and clean with a light body and medium carbonation. This lager is definitely an easy drinker and very enjoyable on a warm day. They did a great job on this one. If you’re into lagers you need to give this a try.
