This IPA pours a light golden honey color with a thin head that dissipates quickly. The aroma consists of fresh orange zest and citrus with added melon. There are also hints of pine, grass, watermelon and earth. The taste brings a big grapefruit and melon hop front that leads to a sweet middle; most likely from the malt character, which is not over powering with this beer. It has a very good balance between malt and hop. Toward the end there is a nice orange zest and pine earthy finish. The body is smooth and creamy with a slight chewy body. This is a good IPA that lets you experience the best of both hop characters, citrus and grassy pine all in one. Overall, this is a very enjoyable and drinkable IPA. Check it out, you don’t want to miss this one!
