You get nice juicy citrus upfront with a hint of earthy pine followed by a nice malty caramel character.
It pours a hazy golden pale color with a nice foamy white head and decent retention.
It follows the aroma very nicely. You get a nice start with a punch of juicy melon and citrus that leads to a middle of caramel malt and pine. This one starts off sweet, but ends bitter. You end on heavy bitterness and solid malt backbone.
This IPA has a nice creaminess with medium body and a heavy, but well balanced amount of carbonation.
Jalapeno Poppers, Bacon Cheeseburger, and Carnitas Nachos
They did a great job putting this IPA together. The balance between the juicy hops and caramel malt is a perfect blend to compliment the bitterness you get. It’s very drinkable, and a solid take on the style.
