Starts with a bready, toasted malt then you get a bit of caramel and roasted malts. It finishes on a cocoa flavor and a light hoppy bitterness.
Medium body with the right amount of carbonation. This is a very easy to drink.
Shredded beef burrito, mac and cheese and teriyaki beef with rice
This is a very well balanced brown ale with just enough sweetness to level out the cocoa/hoppy bitterness. The bready and caramel malt gives a nice character that is different from most brown ales out there. This is a great beer for those chilly fall and winter nights.
