This IPA pours a bright medium gold color with a nice thick bright white head and decent retention. The aromas are pine, citrus, bread and mustard. The taste is pretty much the same as the aroma with a light touch of onion/garlic and rye spice. There is a decent malt backing on this beer and an overly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium to high body with an acidic feel. Overall, this isn’t a beer to recommend. There was a lot of missing qualities and off flavors.
